Refund and Returns Policy

At Sunshine, we strive to offer you the highest quality print-on-demand products through our partner, Printify. Due to the custom nature of our products, our refund and returns policy differs from traditional retail stores. Please read the following information carefully.

Problematic Orders (Defects or Errors):

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong design, wrong size, etc.), we ask that you notify us within 30 days from the delivery date. To help us effectively, please include the following information in your notification to sunshine@beasunshine.com:

 * Order number.

 * Detailed description of the problem.

 * Clear photos of the defect or error (these are crucial for Printify to assess the issue).

Once we've reviewed your request and confirmed the issue, we'll work with you to offer a solution, which may include:

 * A free replacement of the defective or incorrect product.

 * A full refund of the affected product's price.

Important: You typically won't need to return the defective or incorrect product. Printify usually relies on photo evidence to process claims.

Non-Problematic Orders (Change of Mind or Customer Error):

Since each product is print-on-demand and created specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

 * Change of mind: If you simply no longer want the product.

 * Customer errors: For example, if you provided the wrong size, color, or design when placing your order. Please be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellations:

Orders are sent to production with Printify very quickly. Therefore, cancellations are only possible if the order hasn't yet entered the production phase. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sunshine@beasunshine.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed by Printify. 

Refunds (When Applicable):

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days once the refund request has been approved. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your banking institution.
