We are an e-commerce store operating through Shopify and using Printify and its network of suppliers to offer print-on-demand products. Each item is made exclusively for you after an order is placed, making it a customized product.

Accuracy of Information: All information you provide when purchasing must be current, complete, and accurate.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. Images and colors are illustrative and may differ depending on the customer's screen settings.

Customer Errors: We assume no responsibility for errors in size selection, colors, shipping addresses, or design details once the order has been processed.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing: Production times vary from 2 to 7 business days.
Shipping: Once shipped, the order becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or theft after confirmed delivery.

5. REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Since all products are made on demand:
We do not offer returns or refunds for customer errors or changes of mind.
We offer replacements only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.
All requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Accepted Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other methods available through Shopify.
