At Sunshine, we're excited to bring you unique, custom-printed products! We partner with Printify for our production and fulfillment, which means your items are created especially for you once you place an order. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All products are made-to-order. This means that once you place your order, Printify begins the process of printing and preparing your items.

 * Processing Time: It typically takes 2-7 business days for Printify to create your product before it's ready to be shipped. During peak seasons (like holidays), processing times might be slightly longer.

Shipping Times & Costs

Once your order has been processed and produced, it will be shipped directly from Printify's printing partners.

 * Estimated Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

   * Domestic (USA): Standard shipping usually takes 3-8 business days after processing.

 * Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping destination. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

Multiple Shipments

Because we use Printify's network of print providers, if you order multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and ship separately. You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number for each package. Rest assured, you'll only be charged once for shipping at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
